Ordering Process
- Providing personal, payment details and order items through XOVĒ Special website.
- Prices are shown on this Website in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and only accepts payments made by a valid Credit/Debit card (Visa/ MasterCard/ Union Pay/ American Express), Google Pay and Apple Pay in Hong Kong dollars currency. The final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
- We send you an order summary after submission.
- Delivery will be made within 10 - 14 working days after payment confirmation. We send you a shipment summary with tracking number for record.
About Your Order
- All products sold at our Website are for invited customers only and shall not be commercially resold or otherwise exploited.
- Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (Real name, contact number and delivery address).
- All items and gifts are limited QTY, while stocks last.
- For orders under HKD800 (after discount), a delivery fee of HKD50 will be charged.
- The delivery address shall not be amended after confirmation. Please contact SF express directly for changes.
- To protect the company's interests, some products are not fully packaged and have marks on the packaging.
- All orders cannot be amended, cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
- XOVĒ VIP bonus point rewards is not applicable for XOVĒ Special purchase orders.
- When you register your personal information in the XOVĒ Special website, you will be deemed to agree that your information will be used for promotional and marketing purpose including sending marketing communications and conducting direct marketing to you from XOVĒ and Miricor Group. We do not share, sell, trade, or rent all your personally identifiable information to third parties for their marketing purpose without your explicit consent. All personally identifiable information held by XOVĒ and Miricor Group will be kept confidential.
